God:

There is only one living and true God who is eternal King, Creator and Redeemer of all that is.  He is perfectly holy, just, loving and truthful, infinite in glory, having limitless knowledge and sovereign power.   He has revealed Himself to be eternally self-existent and has graciously purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself, to cultivate personal relationship with Him in countless ways, and to make all things new for His own glory.   God has revealed Himself as a Divine Trinity throughout the written Scriptures: God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ:

We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, one Person in two distinct natures, for eternity.  Eternally begotten from the Father, Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary, and is God’s Anointed One, empowered by the Holy Spirit to inaugurate God’s kingdom on earth.  Fulfilling prophecy and the requirements of the law, He lived a sinless life, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, arose from the dead in the same body, ascended into heaven and is now alive today sitting at the right hand of God the Father as our High Priest and Advocate. He will return to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son. He convicts, regenerates, justifies, and adopts us as we enter the Kingdom of God as His sons and daughters.  He also indwells, illuminates, guides, comforts, equips, empowers believers to live holy and minister supernaturally that they might have power to be witnesses.

The Bride of Christ:

Christ is returning for a glorious overcoming bride - His Church, of which He is the Head. The Church comprises all who have been justified by God’s grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.   The aim is to fulfill the Great Commission and steward revival to the next generation.  We embrace the biblical government of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.  The Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ.  The Lord Jesus mandated two ordinances for the Church, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, which visibly and tangibly express the gospel. Though they are not the means of salvation.  The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by undoing the works of the enemy, preaching and living the good news of God’s love, and discipling the nations – baptizing and teaching them to love and obey God.

Mankind:

People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character, to know Him and enjoy Him.  People are the supreme object of God’s creation.  In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve willfully rejected the Lordship and glory of God for which we were intended and sin entered the world.  In union with Adam, mankind are sinners by nature, alienated from God, and under His wrath.  Now all creation experiences the effects and consequences of sin.

Salvation:

We are saved by God’s grace, through repentance of sin, having faith alone in the person of Jesus Christ and His death, burial and resurrection.  Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through salvation and is declared righteous and born again by the Holy Spirit.  Salvation frees us from the power of the devil - sin, lies, sickness and torment – and assures the believer of spending an eternity in heaven with God.

Eternity:

At death, the souls of the redeemed are made perfect in holiness and immediately enter into the presence of Christ, enjoying conscious fellowship with Him, there to wait the resurrection of the body. The Lord Jesus Christ will return bodily, visibly, for His overcoming Bride – His Church.  He will judge the living and the dead and will effect a final separation of the redeemed and the lost, assigning unbelievers to everlasting conscious punishment and believers to everlasting joy with the Lord in heaven.

The Bible:

The Bible, though written by men, was supernaturally inspired by God so that all its words are the written true revelation of God.  It is inerrant and the only infallible rule of faith and practice providing unchanging principles amidst changing times.  It is the complete revelation of God’s will for salvation, and the ultimate authority by which every realm of human knowledge and endeavor should be judged. It is to be understood by all through the illumination of the Holy Spirit, and is to be believed in all that it teaches, obeyed in all that it requires, and trusted in all that it promises.
